Wild Indians
Shortly after I arrived home and was changing out of my business attire (ties every day, suit most days) Lukas and Pascale were running after each other in the living room. R came out from the kitchen and told them in no uncertain terms to stop it “I leave you alone for one minute and you are running around like a bunch of wild Indians!” she called out. Pascale after only a brief moment: “You shouldn’t say that Mamma, that is not nice to the native American people.” R: “You are right, I take it back. Like a bunch of wild animals I meant.”
